Why:
Computer science is a creative, rewarding, and challenging field through which you can impact your world!

Get answers to questions like:
  • How do computer scientists spend their days?
  • What sorts of problems do they work on?
  • How can computer science education empower me?
Why: We all have cell phones, tablets, and iphones - this talk will describe how to interact with robots using these devices. We have been working with two robots: Telo, a telepresence robot built from scratch and Harriet, a robot capable of autonomous travel. Come see demonstrations of the robots! Even better, there will be time for you to play with them, too!
